At Carved Studio, we strive to ensure our clients have the best experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our practitioners.
In accordance with Egyptian Law No. 181 of 2018, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided the service has not commenced. If you have already attended a session or accessed digital content, this right is waived.

If you purchase physical goods (crystals, mats, etc.), you may return them within 14 days if they are in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All refunds are processed through Paymob to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue cash refunds for online payments. Refunds typically take 5 to 14 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank's procedures.
