The Services constitute a technology platform that enables users to book wellness sessions, including but not limited to meditation, energy healing, and psychological consultations.
Medical Disclaimer: Carved Studio does not provide medical advice or psychiatric diagnosis. Our sessions are complementary to traditional medicine. You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before beginning any therapy or meditation program if you have a pre-existing mental health condition.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Harassment or inappropriate behavior during sessions will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
All materials, including session recordings (where applicable), digital guides, logos, and website content, are owned by Carved Studio. You may not distribute, modify, or transmit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Carved Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage related to, or in connection with, any use of the services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
